Our Programs & Classes

Students and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Little Dragons (Age 5-7yrs) Train 1 day per week!

We focus not only on karate skills, but also on team building and fun. The little dragons program is designed to introduce young children to martial arts in a fun and positive way. Students learn basic karate techniques and self-defense. They also learn to play with each other through partner activities and games. Our main goal for our students is to love karate and HAVE FUN!

Adult/Teen (Age 12& up!)

Train 1-3 days per week!The adult program features outstanding workouts, which are both exciting and beneficial in a sporting recreational environment, requiring no previous martial arts knowledge.

Each class will give you a full body workout that consistently challenges you mentally and physically. Using time honor methods of training and a variety of ancient martial art practices, students experience a workout that stimulates the mind, body and spirit.

Youth Karate (Age 8-12yrs) Train 2-3 days per week!

This program teaches our students not only the basics of karate, but also life skills, such as self-defense, bully management, discipline and self-esteem. Our classes are designed for both boys and girls. Our programs are designed for children who want to be in an athletic, fast-paced and instructional environment
